Arsenal Raiders FC was formed on Nov. 29th, 2002 and was located in Alberta, Canada.  It's first Director of Football Operations,  Viceroy2k was handed control of the club, which plays in Division IV.27   This site will chronicle the club's pursuit of promotion and GLORY!!!
